Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the registration of bonds in an amount not exceeding RMB5 billion (inclusive) with the China Securities Regulatory Commission of the People’s Republic of China for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
