Conyers assisted Macquarie AirFinance Holdings Limited (“MAF”) in connection with its private offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.150% Senior Notes due 2030, and the listing of the Notes on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.

MAF, a global aviation lessor providing aircraft and capital to the world’s airlines, plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes to prepay a portion of the outstanding principal amount of the Company’s existing secured debt.

The transaction was led by Partner Barnabas Finnigan in Conyers’ London office and Senior Associate Nick Ward, with assistance from Associate Daniella Carrazana, in Conyers’ Cayman Islands office. Vedder Price acted as US counsel to MAF.
