Our Award in Energy and Natural Resources
We were also honoured to accept an award in the Energy and Natural Resources category. Conyers has a wealth of experience in the Energy and Natural Resources sector, most recently advising JY Gas Limited on its HK$125 million IPO, Suchuang Gas Corporation on its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings limited on its proposed issuance (non-public offering) of RMB 1.5 billion green bonds due not more than 5 years listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and China Water Affairs Group Limited on its issue of US$150 million 4.85% senior notes due 2026.
