Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of medium term notes comprising 2 types not exceeding RMB 1 billion with type 1 in an amount not exceeding RMB 500 million and having a maturity of three years and type 2 in an amount not exceeding RMB 500 million and having a maturity of ten years respectively on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
