Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Shangri-La Asia Limited (“Shangri-La Asia”) in connection with The issue of medium term notes (series 1) (bond connect) with a maturity not exceeding three years by Shangri-La Asia of up to an amount not exceeding RMB 1 billion on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
Shangri-La Asia develops, owns/leases, operates, and manages hotels and associated properties worldwide.
