Conyers provided British Virgin Islands legal advice to Powell Max Limited (“Powell Max”) in connection with its listing of 1,426,750 Class A Ordinary Shares (the “Shares”) at a public offering price of US$4 per Share on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Powell Max expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of US$5 million from the Offering, before expenses.
