Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to New World Development (China) Limited (the “Company”) in connection with the establishment of its US$2 billion medium term note programme.

The Company is the flagship mainland China property arm of New World Development Company Limited (Hong Kong stock code: 0017)
