Conyers provided Cayman Island legal advice to Maxicity Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its HK$60 million initial public offering of 100 million shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8216).
The Company started the business as a slop works contractor in 2013 in Hong Kong.
