Conyers advised special purpose insurer Gateway Re Ltd. on its US$50 million catastrophe bond issuance of Series 2023-3 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 8 July 2026, which were listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Director Alexandra Macdonald and Associate Hailey Edwards of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the matter, working alongside Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Sidley Austin LLP.
