Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Excellence Commercial Property & Facilities Management Group Limited (“Excellence Commercial”) in connection with its HK$3.204 billion listing of 300,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and an Initial Public Offering way of a Hong Kong public share offering and International placing (Stock code: 6989).
Founded in 1999, Excellence Commercial offers property management services to residential aprtments and office buildings etc.
