Conyers provided Cayman legal advice to Golden Eagle Retail Group Limited (“Golden Eagle”) in its privatisation by Golden Eagle Retail Investment Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and its withdrawal of listing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Golden Eagle is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the development and operation of stylish department store chain in China.
