Sharen Li is a Paralegal in the Hong Kong office and joined the Asia Disputes and Restructuring Group (ADRG) in 2024.

She provides support to commercial litigation and corporate matters, assisting the team with research, document review and preparation of legal materials and business development activities.

Sharen is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Experience

Prior to joining Conyers, Sharen has:

  • Assisted local lawyers in providing legal advice to disadvantaged community members.
  • Engaged in legal clinics, handling client inquiries, conducting screening interviews, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Conducted research on legal issues to support the provision of legal advice to vulnerable individuals.
  • Undertook note-taking responsibilities during the operation of legal clinics under supervision.
  • Conducted legal research on Civil Procedures, analyzing relevant statutes, legal articles, case law, and drafting a part of a skeleton argument for a civil case.
