Sarah Lusher is a Senior Associate in the Bermuda Corporate practice.
Sarah’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law, including corporate finance, M&A, re-domestications, and insurance law and regulation. She advises both exempted and local companies in a variety of areas, such as restructurings, refinancing, business formation and corporate governance, and insurance regulation and licensing. Sarah also frequently advises on regulatory matters, focusing on economic substance, sanctions, AML/ATF compliance and ongoing regulatory compliance obligations for licensed entities. Sarah acts for a number of public companies and financial institutions.
