Sam Hudson is an Associate in the Bermuda Dispute Resolution & Insolvency practice.
Sam advises and acts for trustees, directors, creditors, shareholders and liquidators in the offshore financial services market, and corporate clients in large commercial disputes. He also has considerable experience acting for insurers and reinsurers in large-scale insurance disputes, including Directors & Officers, property, energy, aviation and fraud-related claims.
Sam has acted for various multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, liquidators and insurers in a range of large-scale commercial disputes. He has also acted in a number of high-value trust matters in Bermuda on behalf of trustees.

- Acting for trustees of Bermuda trusts, including in the largest claim by value (c. US$20 billion) in the Supreme Court of Bermuda, appeals and related litigation.
- Advising corporate clients in respect of investigations by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
- Acting as defence and coverage counsel for insurers and reinsurers, successfully defending proceedings in Australia and New Zealand.
