Rita Leung is a Senior Associate in the Singapore Corporate practice.

Rita’s practice covers all aspects of corporate law and corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt transactions, takeovers and privatisations, restructuring exercises and other securities-related transactions. Rita provides legal advice to companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands on general corporate, commercial and compliance matters.

Rita worked in the Conyers Hong Kong office from 2021 to 2024, and her award-winning work included ZJLD Group Inc’s Hong Kong IPO. She was seconded to Conyers Singapore office for nine months in 2023, during which she deepened relationship with the wider Corporate team, and gained invaluable experience from servicing the firm’s regional clients across the different markets.
