Richard Schneider is a Paralegal in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice. He joined Conyers in 2022.
Richard provides assistance across multiple sectors on a broad range of public and private corporate transactions. In particular, he is experienced in M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance and insurance.
Prior to joining Conyers, Richard was a senior legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP as part of their General Corporate deal team.

- Willis Towers Watson in its proposed $80 billion combination with Aon plc; and its sale of Willis Re to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for $4 billion
