Jonathan Casey is an associate in the Bermuda Litigation & Restructuring practice.
Jonathan is a litigator and specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial disputes and pre-nuptial agreements. He has significant experience in complex financial remedy proceedings, including disputes concerning significant wealth, and where there are issues over assets held within business structures or by trusts.
Jonathan also conducts proceedings in relation to children and represents parents who are often locked into fraught and highly contentious residence and child contact disputes.
Jonathan has been admitted to the Bar of the Cayman Islands and practised as a solicitor in England.
