Harry Clark is a Senior Associate in the Cayman Islands Litigation & Restructuring practice.
Harry has substantial experience with complex, cross-border litigation and restructuring matters including insolvency, fund disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing and shareholder actions.
Harry also has particular expertise in corporate insolvency matters and fund disputes specifically relating to Exempted Limited Partnerships (ELPs). Harry has been intimately involved in leading cases in the Cayman Islands in relation to ELPs, appearing before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal.
Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands in 2021, Harry practiced in London at an international law firm within its insolvency and restructuring department.

- Acted for two entities wholly owned by the State of Kuwait in connection with their investment in a Cayman Islands fund in respect of claims brought against the fund’s general partner and third parties valued around US $200 million.
- Advised a secured creditor in respect of a just and equitable winding up of an Exempted Limited Partnership.
- Acted for a dissenting shareholder in a large s.238 ‘fair value’ appraisal proceeding.
- Regularly acted for creditors, shareholders and companies in respect of winding up proceedings.
- Regularly acted and advised liquidators in respect of officeholder claims and general liquidation issues.
