  • Supported litigation cases by researching evidentiary matters like admissibility of email evidence under Hong Kong law and procedural requirements for fraud cases in Singapore.
  • Participated in drafting and review of legal documentation for banking and finance transactions, including loan notes for syndicated lending and due diligence reports for acquisition deals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in tax law research, including analyzing tax exemptions for family offices in Hong Kong and assisting with transfer pricing applications to Chinese tax authorities.
