Edwin manages a team which provides directorship, corporate administration and secretarial services to Singapore incorporated companies, including assistance with the incorporation of companies in Singapore.

Edwin is a Singapore qualified corporate lawyer with approximately 30 years of legal experience. Over 20 years have been at two SGX (Singapore Stock Exchange) mainboard listed corporations, managing their legal, regulatory and compliance responsibilities, of which 13 years was as part of the corporation’s senior management team.

Edwin has extensive legal experience across a broad range of matters and projects in multiple jurisdictions. Expertise spans corporate governance, board advisory and corporate and regulatory compliance, including administration, secretarial management and legal risk oversight. Providing legal management and counsel on takeovers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and commercial transactions, bank financing and fundraising covering debt and capital markets. In addition, managing litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, lease agreements, licensing agreements, employment matters, employee share incentive schemes, data privacy and cybersecurity, as well as supporting corporate restructuring, strategic planning, crisis management and special projects.
