Deanna Frederick is a Paralegal in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice.

Deanna specialises in finance transactions and preparing complex legal documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, legal opinions, directors’ certificates, and closing certificates. She also assists with the incorporation of Cayman entities and partnerships. Her expertise extends to the drafting, review, and management of various legal documents, the coordination of due diligence and document management for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She also supports the closing process, including the preparation of closing binders and post-closing documents.

Prior to joining Conyers, Deanna gained experience as a Legal Secretary in the Finance & Banking department at another leading Cayman Islands firm. She provided legal support to a team of Senior Partners specialising in structured finance transactions, including CLOs, securitisations, repackagings, credit funds, and other CLO investment structures, as well as fund finance and banking transactions. She also supported attorneys with the listing of clients on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and other lending transactions for hedge funds, private equity funds, and banks.
