Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Bermuda and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Road King Infrastructure Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its US$400 million 7.75% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2021 by its subsidiary RKPF Overseas 2019 (B) Limited.
The Company (HK stock code: 1098) is a leading listed company in Hong Kong with its core business in the investment, development, operation and management of toll roads and property projects in the People’s Republic of China.
