Bermuda Special Purpose Insurers
This publication has been prepared for the assistance of those who are considering the formation of a “special purpose insurer” in Bermuda. It deals in broad terms with the requirements of Bermuda law for the establishment and operation of such companies under the Insurance Act 1978.
