Conyers advises GF Financial Holdings BVI Ltd. (“GF Financial”) in connection with the issue by GF Financial of US$300 million floating rate guaranteed bonds due 2027 (the “Bonds”), which will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by GF Securities Co., Ltd. (广发证券股份有限公司). The Bonds are listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The principal activities of GF Securities Co., Ltd. (HK stock code: 1776) and its subsidiaries can be classified into four segments, namely investment banking, wealth management, trading and institution and investment management.
