Conyers advised NWS Holdings Limited (“NWS Holdings”) in connection with the issue by CELESTIAL DYNASTY LIMITED of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375% guaranteed senior notes due 2028 guaranteed by NWS Holdings as guarantor. The Notes are listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The principal activities of NWS Holdings (HK stock code: 659) and its subsidiaries consist of roads, insurance, constructions, logistics and facilities management.
