Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Kin Yat Holdings Limited (“Kin Yat Holdings”) in connection with its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the Companies Act, and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Kin Yat Holdings and its group is principally engaged in the development and production of electrical and electronic products as well as electric motor drives and related products.
