Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Minmetals Land Limited (“Minmetals Land”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of CNY400 million 4.60% credit enhanced bonds due 2025 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the CNY600 million 4.60% credit enhanced bonds due 2025 issued on 18 March 2024) with the benefit of an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd., Tianjin Branch.
