Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to CST Group Limited (“CST Group”) on its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
CST Group is an investment holding company with its subsidiaries engaging in (a) exploration, development and mining of mineral resources, (b) investment in financial instruments, (c) property investment and (d) money lending.
