Conyers provided Cayman legal advice to IMAX China Holding, Inc. (“IMAX China”) on its US$123 million proposed privatisation by IMAX Corporation by way of scheme of arrangement.
IMAX China is a leading cinematic technology provider for the release of IMAX format films in China.
