Aug 2021
Following the success of our second Hong Kong webinar series held in January 2021, our third series that took place last week was another massive success. We were pleased to have received such an encouraging response and high levels of engagement, with a recording-breaking number of more than 850 attendees joining our three live sessions. The participants included CEOs, CFOs, general counsels, in-house counsels, investment managers, onshore lawyers, accountants and company secretaries.
This informative series consisted of three sessions, during which our speakers delivered thought-provoking presentations and provided insights on the following high-profile and pressing offshore legal topics:

He also provided an overview of their potential uses in family wealth planning and private equity, and covered a brief economic substance analysis.
Session 2: Publicly Available Information in Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands 101
