Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Energy”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$50 million 3.8% convertible bonds due 2024 convertible into fully paid ordinary shares of Beijing Energy.

Beijing Energy is one of the largest publicly listed pure play solar power plant owners and operators in the People’s Republic of China in terms of aggregate installed capacity and also a leading eco-development solutions provider with an established track record in developing, investing, operating and managing solar power plants and other renewable energy projects in the People’s Republic of China.
